This is a time of transition for the Membership Committee. Caitlin McConoughey has been membership chair for the past four years, doing an exceptional job for UUSIS. I will be taking over the reins for the coming year, but Caitlin will remain on the committee, along with Alfa Drent, Ann Preston, Darek Shapiro and Robin Gans. Bob Sanders and Karen Versanti, while not on the committee, perform valuable attendance-taking and data entry services on Sunday mornings.

In addition, this year we hope to have a Greeters Committee of people who will not only greet people as they come in, but see that no one is ignored in the Social Room during the coffee hour. Members of this sub-committee do not have to commit to come every Sunday, but if you are there, you will make an effort to be aware of those who need a friendly face and warm greeting.
